progress: Sculpted drawings

Taking inspiration from organic forms, sculpted some ideas which I then took into 2d using charcoal and acrylic. Then used drawings to make 3d forms using the paper as the base. I like the idea of transition between 3d and 2d media...a fluid way of working. Susan Hiller used this idea but with a more transformative element: e.g burning paintings to make ashes then placed in vials.
