progress: My Work - 'Sentient Space III'

So for the next instalment in this series...

With the sculptured painting and knitted door in tow, I also began working on a painting. I again used this method of automatism - free form painting which I really enjoy and involves. I tend to soak in a lot of external material and references and am intrigued by the process of the unconscious and the processing of all these ingredients. I also have in interest in meditative and the spiritual and wanted to see how this and the emptying of mental space would manifest when I began to paint.
